What happens in a Play Wise Live Wise Session?

Our thought-provoking 60-minute facilitator-led session (45 minutes plus Q&A) is suitable for Junior and Senior Clubs, both male and female teams at least aged 12 and above. It can be delivered to groups of any size, provided chairs are available.

Once you book, you’ll receive access to presentation resources, and our Facilitator will speak with you in advance to ensure the session is tailored to your group’s needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a Play Wise Live Wise presentation go for?

Each session runs for 60 minutes. 45 minutes of presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. If your schedule requires more or less time, let us know and we’ll adjust where possible.

What age group is the presentation suitable for?

Play Wise Live Wise is designed for male and female junior and senior teams aged 12 and over. Content and delivery can be adapted for different age brackets.

How many people can attend?

There is no maximum number. As long as everyone can be comfortably seated in chairs (not on the floor), we can present to groups of any size from individual teams to full-club gatherings.

Is there a cost for the presentation?

Yes, for $990 plus GST your club gains a powerful culture-shaping session plus take-home resources to reinforce the message long after we leave. The fee covers the entire club. No per-player cost, no limits on attendance.

What room setup and equipment do we need?

A hall, clubroom or function space with seating for all attendees is ideal. We’ll need access to a screen or projector and a microphone for larger rooms. If you’re unsure, we’ll talk it through with you.

Do you provide any resources?

Yes. Upon booking, you’ll receive access to presentation resources including posters, social media tiles and a Families Overview to share with parents and supporters.

Will I speak with the facilitator beforehand?

Absolutely. Your facilitator will call your nominated contact in the lead-up to the session to confirm details, align on expectations, and answer any last-minute questions.
